Approval of investment policy for 1,300 billion commercial housing project

On November 9, according to information from the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, the locality has just approved the investment policy for the project to build a commercial housing area in the new urban area of ​​Bac Song Cam in Duong Quan commune, Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong City.

The project covers an area of ​​nearly 14 hectares with a scale of 328 commercial houses. Of which, 185 are 5-storey townhouses, 132 are 4-storey semi-detached villas and 11 are 3-storey detached villas.

In addition, the project also has a 6-storey apartment building, of which the 1st floor is a garage, from the 2nd to the 6th floors are houses with about 286 apartments and a restaurant area, a 5-storey wedding center, a 2-storey kindergarten, 3 buildings for commercial services with a maximum of 5 floors.

In addition to the above items, the investor builds a synchronous technical infrastructure system, traffic roads, green trees... to meet the housing needs with modern architecture, full amenities, promoting the development of commercial, service and educational business activities in the area.

The total investment capital of the project is more than 1,333 billion VND from the investor's capital. The project's operation period is 50 years from the date the Hai Phong City People's Committee issued the decision to win the auction of land use rights to implement the project.

Hai Phong City People's Committee approved the investment policy of the Project in the North Song Cam New Urban Area to create conditions for Thuy Nguyen district to complete the urban criteria to become a city under Hai Phong City in 2025 .
