On December 27, Hai Phong City Party Committee held a conference to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on the establishment of Thuy Nguyen City Party Committee and An Duong District Party Committee.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee established the Thuy Nguyen City Party Committee under the Hai Phong City Party Committee on the basis of the entire Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee. The Thuy Nguyen City Party Committee consists of 47 Party Committees, grassroots Party cells and 13,140 Party members. The Hai Phong City Party Committee appointed the Thuy Nguyen City Party Committee Executive Committee consisting of 40 Party members; the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee consisting of 11 Party members; the Secretary and 2 Deputy Secretaries of the City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The Thuy Nguyen City Party Committee establishes specialized advisory and support agencies, grassroots party organizations under the City Party Committee; elects the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee; promulgates the Working Regulations and related regulations of the City Party Committee according to regulations. The Decision takes effect from January 1, 2025.
On the same day, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee announced the establishment of the An Duong District Party Committee under the Hai Phong City Party Committee on the basis of the entire An Duong District Party Committee. The An Duong District Party Committee consists of 39 Party Committees, grassroots Party cells and 7,333 Party members. The Hai Phong City Party Committee appointed the An Duong District Party Committee Executive Committee consisting of 35 Party members; the District Party Committee Standing Committee consisting of 11 Party members; the Secretary and 2 Deputy Secretaries of the District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
