To celebrate the 133rd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2023) and the 112th anniversary of Uncle Ho's departure to find a way to save the country (June 5, 1911 - June 5, 2023), the Ho Chi Minh Museum, Binh Thuan branch, organized an exhibition of documentary photos of Uncle Ho at the Duc Thanh School campus - where he stopped to teach before leaving to find a way to save the country.
There are nearly 40 documentary photos on display, titled “Sketches of President Ho Chi Minh’s portrait”. These are vivid images depicting the simple and familiar everyday portrait of President Ho Chi Minh, a great leader, devoted and selfless, dedicating his whole life to the revolutionary cause of the nation. These are images of Uncle Ho feeding a child in the Viet Bac resistance zone in 1951, Uncle Ho welcoming children to visit in the Viet Bac resistance zone, President Ho Chi Minh and soldiers playing dragon and snake to celebrate the victory of the 2nd Congress of the Vietnam Workers’ Party in 1951, President Ho Chi Minh and soldiers practicing martial arts at ATK Dinh Hoa - Thai Nguyen, Uncle Ho digging the ground to grow vegetables in the garden at the Presidential Palace, President Ho Chi Minh taking care of the star apple tree given by the people of the South, his main meal…
This shows that the 79 springs of President Ho Chi Minh's life are a brilliant crystallization of morality, humanity, intelligence, spirit and conscience of the nation and the era. These images will further motivate each cadre and citizen to strive to study, wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly for the benefit of the community, for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland following the example of great Uncle Ho.
On this occasion, Ho Chi Minh Museum Binh Thuan branch also displayed more than 80 beautiful photos, news photos, and documents about Binh Thuan, thereby spreading the image of a potential, safe, friendly, and attractive Binh Thuan welcoming tourists.
