On October 17, CapitaLand Development (CLD) started construction of The Senique Hanoi project on an area of 2.1 hectares, providing about 2,150 apartments in Gia Lam - Hanoi.
Mr. Ronald Tay, CEO of CapitaLand Development (Vietnam), said that in 2024 alone, the Group has launched three major projects: Sycamore, Lumi Hanoi and The Senique Hanoi. These projects have a total estimated development value of over S$2.6 billion (about VND47,000 billion). This reflects CLD's confidence in Vietnam's growth potential. The Senique Hanoi represents a significant step forward in the Group's commitment to expand its residential portfolio to 27,000 units by 2028.
"We believe that The Senique Hanoi will contribute to shaping the living standards in the East of Hanoi, similar to the role of Lumi Hanoi in the West of the capital," Mr. Tay emphasized.

Located in the vibrant eastern part of the capital, The Senique Hanoi covers an area of 2.1 hectares and has a total development value estimated at S$600 million (VND10,800 billion). Expected to be completed in 2027, the project has convenient connectivity to major roads and future metro lines 1 and 8.
The project offers approximately 2,150 apartments in three 37-storey towers. Customers can choose from a variety of apartment types, from 1 bedroom with an area of 42 m2, to 4 bedrooms with an area of up to 186 m2. The project also integrates duplex and penthouse apartments with an area of 118 m2 to 430 m2. Bathroom models designed according to safety standards for the elderly will be designed in two-bedroom apartments with an area of 80 m2 or more, as well as three- or four-bedroom apartments.
The Senique Hanoi integrates a series of modern amenities. Typically, there is a filming and online interaction room for digital professionals and content creators. Other facilities include a 50-meter swimming pool, a sky garden with a resting place, a co-working space and a 3D golf simulator. There is also a dedicated play area for families with young children.
A few days ago, CapitaLand Development introduced the third and final phase of the Lumi Hanoi project, with 678 out of 697 apartments sold at the launch event on October 5, 2024. Previously, phases 1 and 2 of LumiHanoi recorded success with more than 3,100 apartments sold. To date, the project has achieved 99% of total apartment sales (3,921 out of 3,950). The two-bedroom and three-bedroom units are the most popular products and are officially sold out.
