In the fields of Hang 2 area, where the outdoor live stage of the Opening Ceremony of Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2023 will take place, the rice here is being taken care of very meticulously and carefully by the people. Mr. Hoang Thanh Phong, Executive Director of Tam Coc - Bich Dong Tourist Area, informed: With the desire to make "Tam Coc Golden Color" become the brand identity of Ninh Binh tourism, the Tourist Area Management Board has constantly researched, innovated, and created ideas. In 2022, the flag has the words "Tam Coc Golden Color". This year, it is a folk painting, with the image of two carps frolicking under the moonlight, surrounded by lotus flowers and rippling water waves.
The unit aims to build a new tourism product each year so that visitors have the opportunity to visit, experience and admire the uniqueness of rice plants. The further goal is to build an image of Tam Coc in four seasons, each season with a unique image.
With the help of agricultural officials, the diligence and dedication of each local person, Tam Coc fields are now developing very favorably, divided into two distinct rice fields. At the time of Ninh Binh Tourism Week, the picture will be decorated with two color blocks. The main color is yellow; in addition, the detailed borders such as carp, lotus, etc. will be decorated with green rice. Currently, the Management Board is actively coordinating with the commune members to trim to create lines and shapes for a beautiful and impressive picture.
According to Mr. Phong, to ensure the success and impression of Ninh Binh Tourism Week, the Management Board of the tourist area is actively improving the facilities, preparing well the conditions of the wharf, personnel, and boatmen; at the same time, coordinating with the local government to propagate the people to practice a cultural and civilized tourism lifestyle, ensuring a safe, thoughtful, attractive and impressive reception of guests.
Ninh Binh Tourism Week is held around mid-May to June every year. At this time, the rice in Tam Coc is golden ripe, the water is clear blue, the sky is filled with sunshine on the high mountain peaks. All create a charming, poetic landscape painting that cannot be found anywhere else.
This year, although the weather at the beginning of the season was complicated and unfavorable, with the determination of businesses, localities and the diligence and hard work of the people, Tam Coc fields are currently developing evenly. The fields promise to be golden and beautiful during the upcoming Ninh Binh Tourism Week.
