Over the past 9 months, socio-economic indicators in Can Loc have achieved many remarkable results. People's lives have been stable; political security and social order and safety have been ensured; Party building and organizations in the political system have been strengthened.
In the economic field, the spring crop was a bumper crop, with the average rice yield in the district reaching 62.1 quintals/ha, the highest ever. The district continues to promote the implementation of the land concentration project, forming large-scale production areas; to date, localities have implemented more than 3,300 ha, reaching 36% of the district's rice production area...
The site clearance work for the North-South Expressway project has been focused on and directed resolutely. The site clearance has been basically completed and the site has been handed over to the Thang Long Project Management Board, reaching 99.8%.
Budget revenue in the area reached 134.2 billion VND, equal to 89.5% of the plan assigned by the District People's Council, budget expenditure basically met the implementation of tasks. Disbursement of public investment capital was promoted.
Basic construction investment work is being implemented according to plan. The district has focused on directing construction units to speed up the progress of works and projects in the area; completing documents and procedures to implement projects in 2023.

The program of building new rural areas and civilized urban areas continues to receive attention. Through review, 21/38 sub-criteria have met the criteria of advanced new rural districts. Culture and education have many outstanding results; social security and job creation have improved; National Defense and Security are ensured.
There have been many innovations in the work of building the Party and the political system. The work of inspection, supervision, and enforcement of Party discipline; internal affairs, anti-corruption and anti-waste work have been tightened; mass mobilization work and activities of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations have been strengthened.
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing, analyzing the causes, and proposing a number of solutions to overcome difficulties in order to well perform tasks in the last months of the year and determined to complete the targets set in 2023.
Secretary of the District Party Committee Nghiem Sy Dong said that there is not much time left in the year, in order to carry out the set goals and tasks, localities need to review the implementation of targets and plans to strengthen solutions to complete the set goals in 2023.

Continue to maintain and develop achievements in agricultural production associated with the implementation of the district's resolution on land concentration, the implementation process must be substantive and effective. Strengthen and improve the quality of NTM criteria; continue to mobilize the participation of the entire political system, promote propaganda and mobilization work, create consensus in the implementation of the task of site clearance for the North-South expressway project.
Continue to effectively implement social security policies; strengthen training and recruitment of Party members; promote propaganda to bring policies and resolutions of higher levels into life; focus on inspection and supervision; effectively handle petitions, complaints and denunciations, avoid bypassing authorities, and create trust among the people.
