Military Region 3 Command conducts comprehensive inspection of Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command

On December 2, the working delegation of the Military Region 3 Command, led by Major General Luong Van Kiem, Deputy Commander of the Military Region, conducted a comprehensive inspection of the results of the implementation of local defense and military tasks (QP,QSDP) in 2024 at the Military Command of Quang Ninh province.

The working delegation inspected the actual situation at the agencies and units of the Provincial Military Command, the Military Command of Ha Long City, Cam Pha and Regiment 244. The inspection delegation assessed: In 2024, the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command thoroughly grasped, deployed and effectively, comprehensively and synchronously implemented the tasks of National Defense and Local Defense, including many excellently completed contents. Notably: Strictly maintained the training regime, combat readiness, natural disaster prevention, search and rescue in the area; closely coordinated with the forces to grasp the political security situation, social order and safety, border security, promptly handled situations, not to be passive or surprised. The work of building discipline, managing discipline, building "exemplary and typical" VMTD agencies and units was focused on. Party work and political work in the provincial military were carried out in a disciplined and effective manner. Logistics, technical and financial work ensures good performance of regular and ad hoc tasks, contributing to the successful completion of the tasks of the provincial armed forces.

Concluding the inspection, Major General Luong Van Kiem, Deputy Commander of the Military Region, acknowledged the results of the deployment and implementation of the 2024 tasks of the agencies and units of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command. At the same time, he requested the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command to continue promoting the achieved results, seriously absorb and improve the shortcomings pointed out by the inspection team; focus on thoroughly grasping and implementing the resolutions, orders, directives and instructions on the tasks of national defense and local defense of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and the Military Region. Strictly maintain the combat readiness regime; strictly manage and comply with discipline and laws. Proactively advise the Provincial People's Committee to build the provincial armed forces increasingly strong and direct localities to do a good job of recruiting soldiers in 2025. Promote propaganda activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army, the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day; Do a good job of preparing and successfully organizing Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
