The Price Management Department commented that the selling prices of most items are stable, except for some items serving Tet at traditional markets such as pork, vegetables, flowers for Tet, fruits, etc., which have fluctuated insignificantly (less than 10%) because supermarket systems have increased promotional programs. At the same time, this year, the shopping trend has shifted from traditional markets to supermarkets, so purchasing power at traditional markets has increased by 5-10%.
In Da Nang, Hai Phong and Can Tho cities, it is noted that the situation of goods serving the Lunar New Year 2025 in the localities is diverse in types and designs, the prices of goods in the area are relatively stable, there are no cases of unusual price increases due to hoarding and lack of supply.
