Speaking at the ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint the Director of the Legal Department, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien emphasized that Mr. Ngo Duc Minh is a young official who has matured and affirmed his position very early through many positions such as: Deputy Head of Legal Development Division I, Legal Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade; Deputy Director of Legal Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade; Vice Chairman of the National Competition Commission, Deputy Director in charge of Legal Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade.
