Established in 2003, from a club with only a few dozen members, Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association has grown strongly with more than 600 members, 9 branches and 5 affiliated clubs. In the last term alone, the association has established 2 local branches: Bien Hoa City Young Entrepreneurs Association and Trang Bom - Thong Nhat Young Entrepreneurs Association. In addition, the Association also established the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Construction and Real Estate Industry Branch.
Over the years, the members of the association have always strived in production and business, contributing to the development of the province. The association is also a place to connect and support young businesses in areas such as production, trade, services, technology, finance and real estate. The diversity of members' professions not only helps expand the cooperation network but also creates conditions for businesses to take advantage of development opportunities in many different fields.

In the new term, the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association aims to develop four strategic pillars: building a community of young entrepreneurs who are courageous, integrated, and responsible; promoting digital transformation and applying technology in production and business; developing a green, circular business model associated with the digital economy; connecting the startup ecosystem, accompanying the province's development policies. The Association will also continue to be an extension of the province's socio-economic development strategy.

As a result, the Congress elected 45 members of the Executive Committee of the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association, including 11 members of the Standing Committee. Mr. Dang Quoc Nghi, Permanent Vice President of the 6th term, Director of Rong Nam Viet Company Limited, was elected to hold the position of President of the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association of the 7th term, 2025-2028 term.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang gave a speech at the congress, hoping that the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association would continue to innovate its methods of operation, aiming at the practical benefits of its members. At the same time, it would promote advocacy and attract more young entrepreneurs to join the organization, contributing to the development of the business community and the provincial economy. Entrepreneurs and enterprises strive to be self-reliant in production, business, and innovation to serve domestic consumption needs, aiming at exporting to the world.

Provincial leaders pledged to continue to facilitate and accompany entrepreneurs and businesses, create a favorable investment and business environment, and continuously reform administrative procedures, especially tax, customs and construction, to support business development.

Also at the congress, Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association announced that Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Minh Dung was appointed by the Provincial People's Committee to join Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association as Honorary Chairman.
