Merging Social Insurance agencies of Ca Mau and Bac Lieu provinces

Vietnam Social Security (VSS) has just held a conference to announce and hand over the Decision on the work of social security staff in region 32 on the basis of merging the social security agencies of Ca Mau and Bac Lieu provinces. VSS region 32 officially operates from April 1, 2025, with headquarters located in Ca Mau.

At the conference, Vietnam Social Security announced a series of decisions to appoint key personnel for the new unit. Accordingly, Mr. Trieu Trung Hieu - former Director of Bac Lieu Provincial Social Security, was trusted to hold the role of Director of Social Security Region 32 - (photo) .

Along with that, Social Insurance Region 32 has 5 appointed deputy directors, including Mr. Trinh Trung Kien, Ms. Duong Minh Tung, Ms. Le Hung Cuong, Thai Thi Kim Thuy and Ms. Huynh Hang Nga.

The representative of Vietnam Social Insurance also presented the Decision to 8 heads and deputy heads of affiliated professional departments, including: collection management and participant development; social insurance regime; health insurance appraisal; financial planning; inspection - examination; organization - administration; propaganda and participant support; information technology and digital transformation. At the same time, the Decision to appoint directors and deputy directors of 7 inter-district social insurance agencies was presented, including: Thoi Binh - U Minh; Tran Van Thoi - Phu Tan; Cai Nuoc - Dam Doi; Nam Can - Ngoc Hien; Bac Lieu City - Vinh Loi - Hoa Binh; Gia Rai - Dong Hai; Phuoc Long - Hong Dan.
