At the dialogue, the opinions of officers and soldiers focused on the shortcomings and limitations in performing tasks, especially in training, combat readiness, building regulations, training discipline, regimes, standards of soldiers and the consideration of early promotion of officers; medicine and medical supplies regime of the units. All opinions were directly and satisfactorily explained by the Head of the Provincial Military Command and the agencies of the Provincial Military Command.
Lieutenant Colonel Le Cong Hanh - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command noted that units should continue to promote democracy, effectively implement internal solidarity, solidarity between the army and the people; ensure the correct content and sufficient time in training; strengthen the management of soldiers under their authority to comply with State laws, military discipline, and unit regulations. At the same time, he directed agencies to research and propose solutions to improve the quality of democratic dialogue activities, in order to promptly grasp and share the thoughts and aspirations of soldiers, thereby promoting the spirit of solidarity, maintaining democracy in the provincial armed forces, creating favorable conditions for officers, soldiers, agencies and units to successfully complete their tasks in the coming time.
