(NLDO) – The Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, directly under the Provincial Party Committee.
At the conference held on the afternoon of February 14, the Organizing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to end the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises. At the same time, it announced the decision to establish the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, directly under the Provincial Party Committee.
The Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Binh Thuan province was launched.
The Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies consists of 23 organizations and affiliated Party cells, with 23 members participating in the Party Committee Executive Committee. Mr. Dang Hong Sy - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation - holds the position of Party Committee Secretary.
The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, directly under the Provincial Party Committee, has 39 affiliated party organizations and units, with 16 members participating in the Party Executive Committee. Mr. Phan Van Dang, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, is the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh, Secretary of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that the establishment of two Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, namely the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, demonstrates the timely and serious implementation of the Central Committee's policies and the determination of the Provincial Party Committee in arranging and perfecting the organization and apparatus of the political system.
The Secretary of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee requested that the two Party Committees should soon start operating stably, organize and immediately implement assigned political tasks, and ensure continuity and smoothness in work.

At the same time, focus on leadership to carefully prepare for the organization of congresses of grassroots party organizations and party congresses for the 2025-2030 term.
Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh also suggested that the two Party Committees should strengthen the application of information technology and digital transformation in their operations, thereby improving the effectiveness of leadership, direction and operation of the two Party Committees and of each Party cell and affiliated Party Committee.
