Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Mai Hung Dung, Permanent Vice Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that this is a large-scale project with a very important location in the New City, next to the central park and the province's centralized administrative area.

SYCAMORE is CapitaLand’s first large-scale housing project (18.9ha) in Vietnam, with nearly 3,500 apartments; meeting the needs of about 13,000 residents. The total project development value is about VND 18,000 billion.

Capitaland is a corporation with a lot of experience in project investment development and housing development. Therefore, when the project is formed, it will contribute to the development of Binh Duong New City, contributing to further tightening the investment cooperation relationship between Binh Duong province and Singaporean partners.

To develop this project, CapitaLand is collaborating with Malaysia's UOA Group.
