The Agricultural Trade Promotion Center (Agritrade) has just cooperated with TikTok and Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) to organize the OCOP Fair to promote handicraft products within the framework of the Craft Village Conservation and Development Festival 2023.

The 4-hour livestream attracted more than 20 million views, 370,000 viewers, and brought in more than 400 million VND in revenue for craft village production facilities. The products promoted in the livestream came from 5 typical entities with nearly 16 products, including sophisticated handicrafts from Bat Trang pottery village, Nham commune brocade cooperative (A Luoi - Hue), Dat Quang green Areca agricultural cooperative, etc.
Previously, on November 10, within the framework of the Vietnam Craft Village Conservation and Development Festival 2023, Agritrade under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development together with Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) officially held a signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Cooperation to promote and trade products in the "One Commune One Product" (OCOP) Program, and preserve and develop craft villages. This activity also contributes to the implementation of the national target program on new rural construction in the period of 2021 - 2025.
The signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between Agritrade, TikTok and HDBank was witnessed by Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Le Minh Hoan, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen, Director of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Do Anh Tuan. This cooperation mobilized more resources, marking new steps forward for the development orientation of the OCOP program.

Accordingly, TikTok will continue to expand the scope of training courses to support digital capacity building for OCOP entities in provinces and cities across the country; launch many communication campaigns to promote agricultural specialties and craft village products on the platform to promote interaction and trade connections between units and consumers.
In Vietnam, HDBank is the leading commercial bank in green credit, sustainable agricultural and rural development with many positive supports over the years. Accompanying OCOP, HDBank will participate in organizing a series of activities to improve digital skills, deploying appropriate and practical financial support solutions for the Program's subjects.
In addition, to help businesses and people easily access products and services, preferential loan packages, and develop the Happy Digital Banking system, HDBank has deployed a financial service website project in 63 provinces and cities, establishing a support channel for customers to easily connect and transact anytime, anywhere.
According to the cooperation content, HDBank will co-organize the Short Video Creation Contest "Journey to Draw a Map of Vietnamese Agricultural Products" about OCOP products, local agricultural specialties and craft village products on TikTok; co-organize a series of livestream activities of the OCOP Market to promote local agricultural specialties with many activities to promote consumption and support subjects on the digital platform. The OCOP Market will be organized in the form of livestream sessions on the TikTok platform, lasting 4 - 6 hours.
Up to now, HDBank has accompanied the OCOP Market in Ha Tinh, Dong Thap, Ho Chi Minh City (Can Gio), Lam Dong with many positive results, attracting a total of more than 140 million views on videos with the hashtag #HDBankdonghanhnongsanviet. Sales of HDBank's subsidized Market reached billions of VND. In the near future, HDBank will continue to bring the OCOP Market to many other localities, expected to be Bac Ninh, Ninh Binh, Ca Mau, Thai Nguyen, etc.
In this cooperation program, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien - Director of Agritrade - shared: "In the past time, the Center and TikTok Vietnam have cooperated to organize many programs to promote and promote the consumption of OCOP products through the OCOP Market on the TikTok platform. By signing this cooperation agreement with TikTok Vietnam and HDBank, the center hopes to improve the effectiveness of promoting OCOP products and craft village products through livestream programs; support subjects to improve digital skills in product consumption; access preferential capital sources to develop production and expand scale.
