Subject Ha Trong Lam.
Specifically, at 11:30 a.m. on July 7, patrol team No. 1 of Sam Son Border Guard Station presided over and coordinated with Quang Thai Commune Police to arrest Ha Trong Lam, born in 1996, residing in Village 9, Quang Thai Commune, Quang Xuong District, Thanh Hoa Province. Upon inspection, the subject was found carrying 3 paper packages containing ivory-white powder. Ha Trong Lam confessed that it was heroin he bought for use.
Subject Pham Trong Dinh.
At around 11:45 a.m. the same day, patrol team No. 2 of Sam Son Border Guard Station presided over and coordinated with Quang Thai Commune Police to arrest Pham Trong Dinh, born in 1982, residing in Hamlet 4, Quang Thai Commune, Quang Xuong District, Thanh Hoa Province. The seized evidence included 3 small packages and 1 plastic bag containing white powder.
Conducting an emergency search of Pham Trong Dinh's residence, two white paper packages containing an ivory-white powder were discovered. Dinh stated that all of the above evidence was heroin, which he bought and hid for his own use.
Currently, Sam Son Border Guard Station is temporarily detaining 2 subjects and exhibits to continue investigating and handling according to the provisions of law.
