The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that the impact of storm No. 7 (international name Yinxing) on ​​Ly Son Island (Quang Ngai) has strong winds of level 6, gusting to level 7.

Tonight (November 11), after moving into the western sea area of ​​the Hoang Sa archipelago, storm No. 7 weakened into a tropical depression.

At 7:00 p.m., the strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression was level 7 (50-61 km/h), gusting to level 9, moving southwest at a speed of 15-20 km/h.

In the next 24 hours, the tropical depression on the mainland of Quang Ngai-Phu Yen provinces will move southwest at about 15km per hour and weaken into a low pressure area.

Storm No. 7 has just weakened into a tropical depression, the East Sea is about to welcome storm No. 8, internationally named Toraji.

Specifically, at 7:00 p.m. on November 11, the center of storm Toraji was located on the west coast of Luzon Island (Philippines). The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 11-12 (103-133 km/h), gusting to level 14. The storm moved northwest at a speed of about 20 km/h.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, storm Toraji will not change direction, moving at about 20km per hour, entering the East Sea to become storm number 8 in 2024. The center of the storm is located in the eastern sea of ​​the North East Sea. The strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 10, gusting to level 12.

At around 7pm on November 13, storm No. 8 in the northern sea area of ​​the North East Sea changed direction to West Northwest, speed 10-15km. The strongest wind near the storm center was level 9-10, gusting to level 12.

At 7:00 p.m. on November 14, storm No. 8 was in the northern part of the North East Sea, moving in the same direction, traveling about 10km per hour and gradually weakening. The strongest wind near the storm center was level 8, gusting to level 10.

From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm moved in the West Southwest direction, about 5km per hour, and continued to weaken.

Impact of storm Toraji, the eastern sea area of ​​the North East Sea has strong winds of level 6-7, then increasing to level 8, the area near the storm's eye has levels 9-10, gusts of level 12, waves 3-5m high, the area near the storm's eye has 5-7m, very rough seas.
