At the meeting, delegates listened to and gave their opinions on the task of planning the conservation, restoration and promotion of the value of the special national scenic spot Na Hang - Lam Binh Nature Reserve associated with tourism development until 2030, with a vision to 2050. The goal of the planning is to preserve, restore and maintain the reserve as a natural museum with typical and outstanding values in terms of biodiversity, landscape, archeology...; connecting natural and artificial landscapes of religious and belief relics; revolutionary relics and traditional villages; creating unity, synchronization and connectivity in the regional space to build an outstanding cultural and historical landscape area into a major tourist destination of the province; connecting the reserve with other relics and scenic spots of the district and the province into a chain of unique tourism products...

Commenting on this content, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the consulting unit and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to continue researching and perfecting it. In particular, it is required to assess the current situation, update fully and closely, review the tasks of preservation, restoration and rehabilitation, especially the tasks of preservation and restoration, ensure the statistics of relics and protected areas are accurate, appropriate and strict. The two localities of Na Hang and Lam Binh should carefully research, work with the consulting unit, and rebuild the planning area for each stage and period in the direction of promoting the full potential and strengths of each area, not wasting tourism resources.

Regarding the policy of building commune police headquarters in Na Hang and Son Duong districts, according to the report of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, in the 2 years of 2024-2025, 39 commune police headquarters will be built, of which 28 headquarters are in Son Duong district and 11 headquarters are in Na Hang district. Agreeing with this policy, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that this is a policy that has been agreed upon by the Central Government, the construction of commune police headquarters meets the requirements of the working tasks of the commune-level police force. He assigned the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council for decision on the investment policy.

Commenting on two draft Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council extending the implementation and disbursement period of the 2023 local budget public investment plan to 2024 and adding the list of projects to the local budget public investment plan and submitting to the Provincial People's Council to issue a Resolution approving the investment policy for the project to build the Tuyen Quang Provincial Political School to meet standards in the period of 2022-2030, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed with the two drafts, assigning the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to review and complete the submission to competent authorities. The Provincial Party Secretary noted that the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee reviewed the undisbursed capital, considered adjustments to ensure accuracy; requested investors to review completed and undisbursed works, and prioritize extension arrangements in accordance with the principles.

Agreeing with the Capital Plan to support target communes to meet new rural standards, advanced new rural standards, model new rural standards and the contents of building Son Duong district to meet new rural standards in 2024, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the capital demand for this program is very large, the capital that needs to be mobilized and adjusted is over 320 billion VND, he assigned the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to arrange capital for the first phase in 2024 according to the plan, the departments and branches based on the content, advise on capital allocation for the next phases, meeting the requirements of building new rural areas from now until the end of the year; direct the team to mobilize resources for Son Duong district, ensuring timely support for the locality to build new rural areas.
