Specifically, at Hamlet 2, Thanh Tan Commune, Tan Phuoc District, the program awarded the Learning Encouragement Shelter to Nguyen Thi Thuy Hang (born 2012), a 6th grade student at Thanh My Secondary School.

In Cai Be district, the program went to Hau My Trinh and My Hoi communes to present 2 Learning Encouragement Homes to 2 students: Vo Thi Hong Lam (born 2011), 6th grade student, Hau My Trinh Secondary School) and Nguyen Thi Cam Ly (born 2012), 5th grade student, Doan Thi Nghiep Primary School.
These are students who are good at studying, have good morals, and have housing difficulties. They are from near-poor households, remote areas, and isolated areas. The shelters are level 4 houses, ensuring 3 hard things: hard foundation, hard columns, and hard roof.

Each shelter is sponsored by the Provincial Children’s Fund with 40 million VND. In addition to receiving the Learning Encouragement Shelter, each child also receives 50kg of rice sponsored by Cai Be District Rice Enterprise, and many gifts of necessities, household items, school supplies, etc. from organizations and individuals.
