In addition, according to a survey at other trading locations in Hanoi, silver price increased after the previous decrease, currently listed at 989,000 VND/tael (buy) and 1,023,000 VND/tael (sell). In Ho Chi Minh City, silver price also increased, currently at 991,000 VND/tael (buy) and 1,028,000 VND/tael (sell). World silver price increased slightly, currently at 819,000 VND/ounce (buy) and 824,000 VND/ounce (sell).

The first resistance that silver could face is the 3-month high set on February 7, which coincides with the upper line of the rising channel around $32.65. A break above this level would open the way to $33.
The Dollar Index rose 0.1% to 107.7 points. According to economists and analysts, the combination of the strength of the USD, high US bond yields and strong profit-taking activities have put pressure on the price of precious metals, especially silver.
