AI creates “pure Vietnamese” and a golden opportunity for the economy to accelerate

"Purely Vietnamese" AI technology is increasingly being widely applied in organizations and businesses, bringing breakthrough opportunities to many fields.

The emergence and explosion of Generative AI (Gen AI) in the past two years has had a major impact on the global economy and society. This is a new breakthrough in applying modern technology to the management and support of business registration, marking the pioneering role of the Department of Business Registration Management in integrating Gen AI into the national business registration system of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

The difference of Gen AI Bot on the National Business Registration Portal is the ability to understand the context from user queries, helping to provide accurate answers with full quotes from the database of up to thousands of pages of specialized documents of the Ministry of Planning and Investment. Users will have all questions related to business registration information answered, detailed instructions on documents and procedures for registering businesses, business households... as well as providing information on legal documents and how to handle common problems on the Portal.

Previously, the Information Center under the Ministry of Information and Communications also coordinated with VinBigdata to pilot the MIVI Public Service Support Virtual Assistant, to provide information related to legal documents, policies, and regulations on administrative procedures in the field of information and communications.

On the business side, Gen AI has been widely applied in many fields, especially in the Finance - Banking - Insurance industry. A typical example is the AI ​​Voice Recording solution deployed by FWD Insurance Company in the process of introducing insurance products to customers. Or in the Aviation sector, with an internal Virtual Assistant to support answering questions for Vietjet Air staff.

Many businesses under Vingroup are also actively applying Gen AI Chatbot developed by VinBigdata to automate operational processes. In the near future, VinBigdata will continue to deploy Gen AI integrated solutions for a series of large banks and financial institutions in Vietnam, helping to speed up task processing and improve customer experience.
