Preliminary round judges

The contest is organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with Binh Thuan Radio and Television Station, taking place from September 8, 2023 to October 24, 2023. In the fourth season, there are 50 contestants competing directly and indirectly online by performing their natural voices (without microphones). Although the number of contestants in this year's season is less than previous years, it attracts many contestants from many provinces and cities across the country, such as: Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Gia Lai, Vinh Long, Binh Duong, Ben Tre, Dong Thap, Ninh Thuan, Vinh Long, along with contestants from districts, towns, and cities in the province...

The judges in the preliminary round include Poet, Musician Do Quang Vinh, member of the Vietnam Writers Association, member of the Vietnam Musicians Association, Meritorious Artist Huynh Ngoc Tuyen, Deputy Director of the Bien Xanh Music and Dance Theater, Singer, Musician Thanh Phap, member of the Vietnam Musicians Association, Deputy Head of the Performing Arts Department of the Bien Xanh Music and Dance Theater.

In the preliminary round, the Organizing Committee will select 40 candidates with high scores to continue to participate in the final round 1.
For candidates who have participated and entered the final round 2 of previous seasons, they will be given special access to the final round 1. The preliminary round will take place from September 8 to 10 at the Bien Xanh Music and Dance Theater. From the final round 1, the Organizing Committee will select 20 candidates for the final round 2, which will take place on September 23 to 24, 2023. Then, 9 candidates will be selected for the final round at 7:30 p.m. on October 7 to 8, 2023 at the Provincial Cultural Center.

The Organizing Committee will award 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 2 Third Prizes and 5 Consolation Prizes. Along with the secondary prizes “Best Contestant Singing a Traditional Revolutionary Song”, “Best Contestant Singing a Song About the Sea”, “Best Contestant Singing a Song About Binh Thuan”, “Youngest Contestant to reach the final ranking round”.
