5 police department heads of Hai Duong province asked to retire before the age limit

On the afternoon of February 7, Hai Duong Provincial Police organized the announcement and handover of the decision of the Provincial Police Director on early retirement for 5 department heads and 1 deputy department head.

The comrades who requested early retirement include: Colonel Pham Duc Diep, Party Secretary, Head of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order; Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Luc, Party Secretary, Head of the Department of Professional Records; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Duc Khoa, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Department of Internal Security; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Hong Phong, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Department of Criminal Techniques; Lieutenant Colonel Do Manh Hung, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Department of Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support; Lieutenant Colonel Duong Ngoc Vinh, Deputy Head of the Staff Department.

Colonel Bui Quang Binh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the department heads and deputy heads who requested to retire before the age limit.

Previously, on February 5, the Personnel Organization Department (Hai Duong Provincial Police) received a request for early retirement from 12 to 31 months from the 6 managers of the above department.

In the application, the comrades all expressed their wish to retire early to create favorable conditions for the work of organizing cadres, contributing to the implementation of the policy of streamlining the apparatus of the police force in the direction of "Comprehensive province, strong commune, close to the grassroots".
