Implementing Plan No. 451/KH-UBND dated July 10, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on organizing activities in response to Digital Transformation Day 2024 in Dak Nong province, on August 14, 2024, the Department of Information and Communications issued Plan No. 47/KH-STTTT on implementing the 60-day peak campaign "Improving the efficiency of using online public services in Dak Nong province".
To spread the campaign, press and media agencies inside and outside the province have promoted and posted the content of the Campaign such as: Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Information and Communications, Vietnamnet Newspaper, Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, Vietnam Law Newspaper, Dak Nong Newspaper, Dak Nong Provincial Radio and Television Station, Provincial Electronic Information Portal, electronic information pages of 17 departments, branches, and 8 districts and cities.
The Department of Information and Communications has also developed an infographic guiding the use of online public services for ethnic minorities and mountainous areas in the province, in the M'Nong language, posted on the province's electronic information portal and the electronic information pages of the People's Committees of districts and cities.
After 40 days of implementation (from September 1, 2024 to October 10, 2024), the Campaign has achieved some results in handling online procedures and payments.
Specifically, for departments, branches and sectors, after 40 days of implementing the campaign, 3 units had an online settlement rate of 100%; 5 units had an online settlement rate of 92 to 99%; 7 units had an online settlement rate of 14 to 67% and 1 unit had an online settlement rate of 0%.
For district and city levels, the highest rate of online settlement is 50% and the lowest is 17%.
Regarding online payments, after 40 days of implementing the campaign, units had online payment rates increase from 25 to 225%.
The statistics are performed automatically in real time by the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System. All online public services of departments, branches and localities have been connected to the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System. However, the connection is not yet complete, the results in this report only reflect the current situation relatively.
