In the first quarter of 2025, the City Party Committee directed the organization of more than 80 conferences and meetings to inspect, supervise and remove difficulties for key projects. Budget revenue reached 37.6% of the plan. Industrial production value reached 106.5 billion VND, up 38.5% over the same period. Total goods circulation reached 29.7% of the plan, up 14.8% over the same period.

Difficulties and problems in site clearance, urban order management and environmental landscape management were promptly directed and resolved. Political security and social order and safety were ensured and maintained. Regarding Party building, 5 new Party members were admitted. The organization awarded Party badges to 286 Party members.

The conference discussed and focused on proposing solutions to remove difficulties in a number of contents such as: disbursement of public investment capital; progress of implementation of a number of projects and works; digital transformation of Party activities; and recruitment of new Party members.

The conference also voted to pass the Resolution of the 35th Conference of the City Party Executive Committee on a number of key tasks for the second quarter of 2025.
