Comrade Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh, Member of Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, representatives of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Nong province, agencies, departments, armed forces of Dak Nong province, Association of the Blind of Soc Trang province and local people attended.

The art program featured performances by members of the Association of the Blind and Disabled in Dak Nong Province. In addition, there were performances by members of the Association of the Blind in Soc Trang Province who came to join in the fun.

Each performance is a song with strong messages about determination, faith and aspiration to rise up in life.

At the program, agencies, units, organizations, businesses and philanthropists joined hands to support and contribute to the fund to support the blind and disabled.

The program is a practical activity of the Dak Nong Provincial Association of the Blind to celebrate the 56th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Association of the Blind (April 17, 1969 - April 17, 2025) and the 45th anniversary of Vietnam Day for People with Disabilities (April 18, 1980 - April 18, 2025).

Charity art programs are a bridge of love, expressing a profound humanitarian spirit, contributing to sharing difficulties, adding motivation for the blind and disabled to confidently rise up, integrate into the community and build a better life.
