In 2023, the Hoa Xuan Dong Commune Digital Technology Team was established with 14 members to support the government in implementing digital transformation (DT). As a core member of the Commune Digital Technology Team, Ms. Hao and the team members were divided into many teams, taking turns to work at the one-stop shop of the Commune People's Committee to support people in handling administrative procedures online.

Ms. Hao said: When approaching new changes in the digital environment, people are still very confused. The members of the group are always present to explain the long-term benefits of digital transformation; support people in handling difficulties in the process of submitting documents online; guide interactions with the government through digital platforms. At the same time, support establishments, businesses, and people to register to participate in e-commerce platforms; use digital platforms and digital technology to post photos, promote products, create booths, and receive orders.
To help people understand and participate in digital transformation with the government, Ms. Tran Thi Hao also actively advises on information and propaganda work on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on digital transformation in many forms such as posting news and propaganda articles on digital transformation on Facebook, Zalo, the secondary information portal of the People's Committee of Hoa Xuan Dong commune; creating Zalo groups, interactive Facebook groups of the youth union...
In particular, during campaigns to propagate digital transformation and collect data, Ms. Hao always volunteered and organized the union members of the commune to participate. Promoting the advantages of the union members' technology skills, Ms. Hao assigned the force to coordinate with the community digital technology team in the villages to directly guide people to install and exploit the utilities of digital applications; focusing on guiding people to master basic digital skills such as using online public services, online shopping, online payment, self-protection in cyberspace, etc.
In the current period, when the locality is focusing on increasing the rate of level 2 identification installation, this 1994-born Commune Youth Union Secretary has coordinated with the members of the community digital technology team of the villages to carry out the campaign of "going to every alley, knocking on every door, guiding every person". Ms. Hao said: The characteristic of the commune is that many people work far away, and the mobilization also has many difficulties, so the locality often chooses to launch the campaign on holidays and Sundays every week.
In addition, from April to September, we also organized forces to be on duty at the village headquarters continuously from 7am until the end of the day, sometimes until 10pm to support people in registering for level 2 identification. After a period of intense deployment, the rate of level 2 identification installation in the commune has increased to over 70%.
“The commune union, the community digital technology team of the villages and the police force have planned to launch a campaign to install level 2 identification during the upcoming Tet holiday with the determination to complete this target as soon as possible,” said Ms. Hao.
In the past time, Ms. Tran Thi Hao has done a very good job as a leader of the group, promoting the role of youth in the digital transformation process. Ms. Hao is one of two individuals recognized by the province as a member of the exemplary community digital technology group in 2024, and was honored to participate in the discussion program with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on the occasion of National Digital Transformation Day 2024 in Hanoi.
