The District Youth Union has effectively implemented the "3 proactive" grassroots Youth Union model; paid attention to supporting union members and young people in economic development, career establishment, and career establishment; effectively implemented the new-period union member training program to promote the pioneering, creative and volunteer spirit of each union member such as: Maintaining and expanding the collective economic development model among union members and young people; training on professional skills of the Union and Young Pioneers in residential areas in 2025; training and fostering knowledge and skills for cadres in charge of children in residential areas on skills to work with children, etc.

Responding to Youth Month 2025 with the theme "Youth of the Homeland is proud, firmly believes in the Party", promoting the spirit of shock, the Youth Union of Tam Nong district responded with movements such as: "Youth builds new countryside", painting and repairing the playground for children at the cultural house of zone 7, Te Le commune; removing advertising leaflets on walls and electric poles; deploying the "Digital Education for the People" team to propagate and support people to install digital applications: VNeID, VssID, cashless online payment applications; the first "Green Sunday" in 2025, deploying a model of collecting scrap to prevent plastic waste; cleaning the campus of the cultural house, the memorial stele of Heroes and Martyrs... activities attracting more than 300 Youth Union members across the district.
