F-Zone continues to set a record for the West of Hanoi: 100% of the first batch of products found owners after only 8 hours of opening for sale.

F-Zone - a new business model appearing in the Western market of Hanoi, after only the first 8 hours, the first batch of goods sold out, equivalent to more than 70% of the total goods having owners.

The F-Zone business and entertainment model was launched by Vinhomes in early July at Vinhomes Smart City (Hanoi). According to Mr. Truong, his phone rings every day because of customers calling to ask questions. Most of them highly appreciate the profitability of the new model and quickly put down their money.

According to him, the explosion of F-Zone is supported by the fact that the market has recovered strongly since the beginning of the year but there is a shortage of products with sure-win business potential. Not to mention that F-Zone is a part of the utilities located in the busiest urban area in the West, Vinhomes Smart City.

“In fact, the international city has always been the focus of the market in the West of Hanoi, having caused many waves with the launch of unique new projects, always with very high liquidity,” Mr. Truong shared.

Previously, at Vinhomes Smart City, TC1 - The Canopy Vista, which was just launched, sold out 100% of its inventory. TC2 - The Canopy Summit sold out 700 units after only 72 hours of opening; TC 3 - The Canopy Harmony achieved a record of 75% of its inventory sold after only 24 hours of launching.

Every time a new project or product is launched, Vinhomes Smart City always becomes a hot spot in the market. The products launched have partly quenched the thirst of customers, while promoting the development of the regional real estate market.

“Not everyone can get a prime location with a large business area and easy access to a huge customer base. The race is for investors with strong potential,” said Mr. Quang Truong.

Mr. Quang Truong also confidently said that F-Zone will quickly sell out in July, especially when the market is showing many signs of improvement. Meanwhile, new, unique products with many competitive advantages like F-Zone can only be counted on the fingers.
