Hanoi adds 83 hectares to 2025 land use plan of Nam Tu Liem district

(Dan Tri) - After the addition, this year's land use plan of Nam Tu Liem district (Hanoi) has 99 projects with a total area of ​​637.2 hectares.

Hanoi People's Committee has just decided to adjust and supplement the 2025 Land Use Plan of Nam Tu Liem district.

Accordingly, 3 projects were added to the list of works and projects implemented in the land use plan, with a total area of ​​about 82.7 hectares of land. Thus, the list of works and projects in the land use plan has 99 projects with a total area of ​​nearly 637.2 hectares, instead of 96 projects with a total area of ​​nearly 554.5 hectares according to the initial decision.

Previously, on January 8, the Hanoi People's Committee approved this year's land use plan for Nam Tu Liem district.

This year, the district has 3 newly registered projects, including 2 infrastructure projects. The first is the construction of the road section from Thien Hien Street to Pham Hung - Le Duc Tho Street, in the area of ​​My Dinh 1 and My Dinh 2 wards. The land area to be recovered is 0.27ha. The project investor is the Nam Tu Liem District Construction Investment Project Management Board.

The second project is to complete the roads around the land invested in building a hospital and a commercial center in Duong Noi ward (Ha Dong district). The investor is the Nam Tu Liem District Land Fund Development Center. The recovered land area is 0.3ha, located in Dai Mo ward.

The transitional list includes a number of real estate projects such as the construction of technical infrastructure for the Me Tri residential area (located in the Phung Khoang New Urban Area) of Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 68 (Handico 68), with a recovered land area of ​​0.07ha, located in Me Tri ward. The project was approved by the Hanoi People's Committee in November 2002, with a 12-month extension in October 2023.

Phung Khoang New Urban Area is invested by a joint venture of Hanoi Housing Development and Investment Corporation (Handico) - Urban Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (under Nam Cuong Group). The recovered land area is 2.58 hectares. Located in Trung Van and Me Tri wards. The project was approved for adjustment in August 2022, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024.

Xuan Phuong Ecological Housing Area is located in Xuan Phuong Ward, invested by Tasco Joint Stock Company. The recovered land area is 1.16ha. Previously, this project was approved for investment by Hanoi People's Committee in August 2015, with progress from 2015 to 2025.

The new urban area Tay Mo - Dai Mo - Vinhomes Park (Vinhomes Smart City) is invested by Vinhomes Joint Stock Company. The project has a land acquisition area of ​​over 40 hectares; located in Tay Mo and Dai Mo wards; the Prime Minister approved the investment policy in July 2009 and the Hanoi People's Committee approved the adjustment of the investor in September 2021.

To Huu social housing area (Rice City To Huu) in Me Tri ward, Trung Van is invested by BIC Vietnam Joint Stock Company. The project has a recovered land area of ​​1.59 hectares, scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.
