According to Ms. Do Thi Tuyet Hong, the Humanitarian Fund Box is one of the meaningful channels to contribute to the Red Cross Humanitarian Fund of the district. In 2024, the total revenue of the Red Cross Humanitarian Fund of the district was nearly 700 million VND, promptly implementing emergency relief activities, emergency relief, humanitarian assistance for difficult cases, risks due to illness, natural disasters, fires, traffic accidents and other accidents... in the area.

For example, Mr. Ly Minh Thanh (living in Vinh An town) unfortunately had soft tissue cancer in his left leg, the tumor metastasized and forced him to have his left leg amputated up to the hip joint. As the main breadwinner in the family, since Mr. Thanh got sick, the family's main source of income has been gone, making life very difficult for the family.

To encourage and support Mr. Thanh's family, the Vinh Cuu District Red Cross Humanitarian Fund has donated 5 million VND. Mr. Thanh was very touched by this timely concern and support.
