(LĐ online) - Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has just reported the results of assessing the quality of service for people and businesses in implementing administrative procedures in the first quarter of 2025 in the province with 100% of departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts and cities being classified as excellent.

Handling administrative procedures for people and businesses at Lam Dong Provincial Public Administration Service Center

Accordingly, implementing Decision 766/QD-TTg dated June 23, 2022 of the Prime Minister on approving the addition of a set of indicators for directing, operating and assessing the quality of service for people and businesses in performing administrative procedures (TTHC) and public services in real time in the electronic environment, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee reported the results of assessing the quality of service for people and businesses in performing TTHC in the first quarter of 2025 with many positive results.

For the departments , branches, and sectors , the group classified as excellent (scoring 90 points or more) includes 12/12 units, accounting for 100% (Industrial Park Management Board, Department of Education and Training, Department of Industry, Department of Health , Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Finance, Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Justice). There are no units classified as good, fair, average, or poor.

Of which, the average score at the department level is 97.05 points (classified as excellent according to the Prime Minister's instructions). The highest score is 98.95 points (Industrial Park Management Board ), the lowest score is 90.51 points (Department of Justice).

For the People's Committees of districts and cities , the group classified as excellent (scoring 90 points or more) includes 10/10 units, accounting for 100% ( Bao Loc City, Duc Trong, Dam Rong, Bao Lam, Di Linh, Lam Ha, Lac Duong, Da Huoai, Da Lat City, Don Duong). There are no units classified as good, fair, average and poor.

The average score at the district level is 96.02 points (classified as excellent according to the Prime Minister's instructions). The highest score is 98.23 points ( Bao Loc City People's Committee), the lowest score is 94.14 points (Don Duong District People's Committee).
