Some localities also have high rates: Long Phuoc 99.4%, Tan Hiep 97%, Phuoc Thai 96%... totaling both sub-projects component 1 and component 2, the site clearance rate reaches 94%.
On April 5, the locality persuaded 24 cases to agree to hand over the land. The remaining 350 cases have not agreed to hand over the land and the district's working groups are continuing to propagate, persuade and complete the documents to issue a decision on forced eviction according to regulations.
Localities that have not yet handed over the land are: Long Duc commune has 293 cases that are still being mobilized; Phuoc Thai commune has 22 cases that are still being mobilized and completing the dossier to issue a decision on enforcement; Long An commune has 11 cases that are still being completed the dossier to issue a decision on enforcement; Loc An commune has 9 cases that are still being completed the dossier to issue a decision on enforcement; Long Thanh town has 8 cases that are still being completed the dossier to issue a decision on enforcement; Long Phuoc commune has 3 cases that are still being mobilized and completing the dossier to issue a decision on enforcement, and Tan Hiep commune has 4 cases that have issued a decision on enforcement.
Also on April 5, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Minh Dung and Secretary of the Long Thanh District Party Committee Vo Van Phi chaired a meeting to listen to a report on the implementation of site clearance for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project.
At the above meeting, the provincial and district leaders agreed on the policy: cases where land is recovered but does not meet the conditions for resettlement will be considered for purchasing social housing from investors: D2D in Loc An commune and Long Thanh Riverside in Long Thanh town.
Temporary housing support of 3 million/month/case, for cases with other difficult circumstances, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district will consider and mobilize for additional support. At the same time, An Phuoc commune unexpectedly rewarded on April 5 for mobilizing 14 cases that completed 100% of households agreeing to hand over the site.
