Many people expressed concern when watching the clip recording the scene of a train passing by but the barrier at the civil defense checkpoint, believed to be in Dong Nai, did not come down.
On March 2, authorities in Dong Nai are verifying a clip on social media recording images of a local level crossing with a railway (guarded by locals) without lowering the barrier when a train passed. The location of the recording was identified as Tan Hiep ward (Bien Hoa city).

According to the clip (the exact time has not been determined), when a train passed through the area, both barriers at the guard post did not lower. Although there were no consequences, the image above still made local people worried.
This is a residential crossroad location, often used by locals as a shortcut from Highway 518 to Nguyen Ai Quoc Street.
For a long time, local authorities have organized people to lower their barriers to prevent road vehicles from passing when trains are moving through to ensure people's safety.
