Vu Thu: Training on quality management system according to TCVN ISO 9001:2015 standard

On the morning of September 27, Vu Thu district organized a training course on quality management system according to TCVN ISO 9001:2015 standard for leaders, cadres and civil servants of communes and towns.

Trainees were trained and provided with general information about ISO, ISO 9001:2015, TCVN ISO 9001:2015.

Students were introduced and given an overview of ISO (International Organization for Standardization); ISO 9001:2015 (international standard on quality management systems issued by ISO) and National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 (Quality management system proposed by the General Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality, promulgated by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam, widely applied in Vietnam today).

In particular, trainees are trained in the skills of building 4 mandatory processes when implementing administrative procedures according to the National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 such as: Process of controlling information in written form, process of risk management and response plan when situations arise, process of internal assessment of People's Committees at all levels after issuing administrative procedures, process of issuing and applying administrative procedures...

It is expected that TCVN ISO 9001:2015 will be applied to 100% of administrative procedures at all levels, including commune level. The training course helps leaders, officials and civil servants of communes and towns to improve their awareness, responsibility and skills, thereby gradually building and applying the National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 to current administrative procedures, contributing to promoting administrative procedure reform, towards a modern, scientific, public and transparent administration.
