On the occasion of the anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army, December 22, Singer Vu Thang Loi's live show "Homeland" was held at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Palace, Hanoi.
The male singer and guests Anh Tho, Bui Le Man and Nguyen Ha are diligently practicing for the show.
Singer Anh Tho shared that in the current difficult situation, doing a show like Vu Thang Loi is very "daring". Revolutionary music is very selective of its audience, so any singer doing a show or releasing an album is admirable.
The famous female singer assessed Vu Thang Loi as a serious, meticulous and perfectionist artist. She has sung with Vu Thang Loi many times, but in "Homeland", Anh Tho and Vu Thang Loi will bring a lot of fun to the audience.
The song "My hometown river, my hometown river" is performed by two singers in their own way. Even Anh Tho's solo part is given a new breath by musician Hong Kien.
In the live show "Homeland", Vu Thang Loi and Bui Le Man will bring very passionate and proud songs when singing about their homeland. The harmony of the two singers' voices also surprised the program's music director, musician Hong Kien, even though he has accompanied Vu Thang Loi since the beginning. The two singers have shown their harmony in many songs about their homeland of Nghe An, but in "Homeland", for the first time, Vu Thang Loi and Bui Le Man bring the audience to experience the cultural space of the South.
While the combination of Anh Tho, Bui Le Man and Vu Thang Loi is considered very compatible, Nguyen Ha is an "unknown". The presence of guest Nguyen Ha in a traditional music live show praising love for the homeland, the revolution and the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers is considered quite risky. However, Vu Thang Loi is very optimistic about his choice and said that it is a gift for the audience.
