VPUB - Enjoy the street cultural parade "Colors of Dien Bien"

Dienbien.gov.vn - On the evening of March 15, at 7/5 Square, the People's Committee of Dien Bien Phu City organized a street cultural parade program "Colors of Dien Bien". Attending and cheering on the program were comrade Le Thanh Do - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches, and localities in the province, along with thousands of people and tourists.

The 2025 street cultural parade program with the theme “Colors of Dien Bien” mobilized the participation of nearly 3,000 people (singers, artists, artisans, actors, students...) from central and local units. Among them were famous artists: Anh Tho, Viet Danh, Linh Chi, Ngoc Ha, Cam Tu, Minh Hang...

The opening of the program was the ceremony and the special art program "Greetings to Dien Bien from all directions, cultural identity and integration into the modern atmosphere" including singing and dancing performances: Hoa Ban City, Dien Bien welcomes people, Returning to the Northwest with you, Dien Bien Color Dance... depicting the image of Dien Bien, the land of Hoa Ban flowers carrying within it a thousand-year cultural flow. As a land of sacred air, wide sky and long rivers blending with the hearts of honest and tolerant people, Dien Bien people have turned this place into a beautiful and prosperous land. Majestic mountains and forests bear the footprints of people, trees and grasses bloom and bear fruit, people sing joyfully.

Throughout history, Muong Thanh land has witnessed many changes, ups and downs of people and the country. From the early days of reclaiming land, creating villages, establishing Muongs to the journey of ethnic groups uniting to conquer nature, fighting against foreign invaders, creating a prosperous cultural and historical region today. In the bustling sounds of the new day, Dien Bien is steadily transforming itself. With its potentials and advantages in nature, history, culture and people, Dien Bien is facing new opportunities and fortunes, always opening its arms to welcome friends from all over the world. The fragrance of Dien Bien radiates in people's hearts, urging people of all ethnic groups to build a sparkling land of aspirations.

Next is the art parade "Dien Bien, convergence of colors" with a convoy of large-engine motorcycles (from Hanoi), 10 model cars (monuments, festival logos, Mong ethnic group, Lao culture, Thai ethnic group, Muong Thanh rice ...), a group of mass actors representing ethnic groups to promote historical and ecological tourism, and unique cultural features of some ethnic groups in Dien Bien Phu city and Dien Bien district. After the art parade, the group moves to parade the streets in decorated cars to promote and spread in the community.

The program is one of the important activities within the framework of the 2025 Ban Flower Festival, contributing to promoting the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", aiming to introduce, promote and honor the historical and traditional cultural values ​​of the land and people of Dien Bien; continue to promote the image of Ban flowers, a flower with a strong vitality rising from the hardships and harshness of nature; facing the storms; waiting patiently and when spring comes, the Ban flowers bloom again, beautifying the land, blending with nature and people in the border area to create unique and rich cultural identities.
