When enjoying stir-fried eggplant, users only need to peel off the shell, take out the meat inside, and eat it like eating clams.

The way to prepare the eggplant salad is similar to the mango salad or green papaya salad. The salted eggplant is blanched in hot water to reduce the saltiness.
