(Dan Tri) - As the first twin apartment tower in the green health project complex Essensia South Saigon, Phu Long has established sustainable living standards for Essensia Sky residents with green materials and a system of 50 diverse utilities.
Located on Nguyen Huu Tho Street, 5 minutes drive from Phu My Hung, Essensia Sky is a bright spot in the Vietnamese real estate market when the developer cultivates green and sustainable living values.
Greening buildings with CarbonCure technology from Canada
According to a report by the International Energy Agency (IEA) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the construction industry accounts for 39% of global CO2 emissions, and about 11% of this comes from the production of key building materials, including cement.
Many real estate developers around the world are actively looking for solutions to reduce CO2 emissions, from using green materials to taking advantage of natural resources throughout the life cycle of the project. Among them, CarbonCure technology, which permanently mineralizes carbon dioxide in concrete, is a new initiative in the construction field.
Although not yet widely applied in Vietnam, with the desire to contribute to protecting the urban ecological environment, bringing sustainable homes, promoting health values for the community, Phu Long has introduced CarbonCure technology into the Essensia Sky project in South Saigon. This is a technology born in Nova Scotia - Canada.
Phu Long applies CarbonCure technology with carbon-absorbing concrete for the green-healthy apartment twin towers Essensia Sky, bringing efficiency equivalent to hundreds of thousands of trees in 10 years.
Accordingly, when Phu Long applies CarbonCure technology with carbon-absorbing concrete in the structural body of the Essensia Sky building, it will reduce carbon emissions during the construction phase. When put into operation, sustainable concrete can also eliminate thousands of tons of carbon emissions compared to conventional materials, bringing about an effect equivalent to hundreds of thousands of trees in 10 years.
MIT research shows that carbon mineralization can absorb up to 15% of the total CO2 emitted from cement production, thereby significantly reducing the carbon footprint of concrete. Not only does this reduce greenhouse gas emissions, but it also reduces the need for cement without affecting the mechanical properties of concrete such as structure and durability.
Setting new sustainability standards for Essensia Sky residents
In addition to CarbonCure technology from Canada, Phu Long also applies environmentally friendly wall paint that does not contain toxic substances, not only has good adhesion, long-lasting color, easy to clean but also helps residents reduce the risk of respiratory problems or allergy-related diseases. Environmentally friendly paint does not emit unpleasant odors, keeps the air in the house fresher, suitable for the apartment space.
The entire twin towers will use a safe glass door system to help reduce noise and heat, creating the quiet, cool space needed for family members to rest and recharge.
The glass door system at Essensia Sky uses safe materials to help reduce noise and heat, bringing a quiet space to the house.
If green building materials help projects minimize carbon emissions from the start, then applying offset measures is the next step to complete the goal. Efforts to reduce construction density, increase green space, water surface, design to receive more natural light to reduce energy use... were first proposed by Phu Long from the project planning process.
Essensia Sky residents are happy to live in a sustainable environment, applying technological conveniences with green solutions such as water filtration equipment that meets drinking water standards at the tap right in the kitchen area; electric vehicle charging station on the first floor; solar lights in public areas, touchless technology, internal communication system, video call, intercom (internal communication system) ...
Talented architects from Tange Associates have created a sophisticated living space, friendly to the natural environment, technological amenities, crystallized from Japanese aesthetics and indigenous lines in the five elements: culture, environment, space, community, harmony of all things. Smart, diverse, square design, height up to 3.35m, all apartments have 2-4 sides to catch the wind, like unique "villas in the sky", private and filled with natural light.
To complete the sustainable green living ecosystem, the investor integrates a chain of 50 utilities at the doorstep, fully meeting the needs of health care, sports, entertainment and relaxation for residents of all ages. The project dedicates nearly 70% of the construction area to the utility system and multi-layered green space - something very few projects can possess.
The onsen hot spring system is one of the effective health care facilities for residents of Essensia Sky.
In fact, the vision of sustainable development always comes with many challenges. But for Phu Long, these investments are necessary to promote the trend of green construction and environmental protection in the real estate sector in Vietnam, extending the journey of creating sustainable values for the community. Above all, this is a "passport" for Phu Long to approach real estate development criteria according to international standards, aiming to conquer the most demanding customers in terms of not only quality, finance... but also sustainable living standards.
On December 14, Phu Long will launch the most beautiful products of the Essensia Sky Green - Health Apartment Twin Towers, while offering many attractive incentives and optimal financial leverage, opening up investment opportunities for customers: booking incentives up to 50 million VND; loan support up to 70%; 24-month capital grace period; 0% interest rate up to 24 months; discount up to 6% and gift of interior finishing package of 200 million VND/2 bedrooms (PN), 280 million VND/3 bedrooms.
