The school has also established a team to guide parents to use convenient apps to pay tuition for their children, not using cash in payment.”

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Phuong, a teacher at Rach Goc Town Kindergarten, has been working with children in this rural area for more than 7 years. According to Ms. Phuong, since having technology tools to support teaching, teachers have spent less time preparing materials for their children, and have more time to research and collect electronic lessons, making them easier for children to access.

Applying electronic one-stop software in handling administrative procedures for people; applying information technology in signing and approving records, lesson plans, report cards, etc.

The tasks in the annual plan are actively and well implemented by units and schools. Disseminate administrative reform work to cadres, civil servants and employees in a timely manner. Apply information technology in handling administrative procedures more and more effectively, the rate of online application submission is increasing, all applications are processed before the prescribed time for individuals. Arrange and assign cadres and civil servants with sufficient qualifications, capacity, ethics and style to perform public duties. Implement transparency and publicize administrative procedures in the field of education and training.

However, there are still some difficulties in implementing digital transformation. According to Mr. Le Xuan Hung, Deputy Head of the District Education and Training Department, the software used in schools is not yet synchronized, and there needs to be uniformity to facilitate data connection. Specifically, the export of electronic transcript files when students transfer schools has not been accepted by schools in other provinces, unintentionally causing difficulties for parents and students./.
