The program aims to promote public awareness of the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in work, life and urban management, while suggesting ways for people to adapt and develop in the digital age. Guests participating in the program include: MSc. Dao Trung Thanh, Deputy Director of the Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence Institute (ABAII) and Dr. Le Truong Hien Hoa, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism.
Not only is it a forum for dialogue on AI, aiming to help participants approach multi-dimensional perspectives, from theory to practical applications of AI in the new era, the program also offers the opportunity to explore two notable books including AI 2041 by two authors Kai Fu Lee - Chen Qiufan and Companion Intelligence by Professor Ethan Mollick.

Master Dao Trung Thanh believes that today's young generation needs to reconsider their position in a world that is operating with AI. He emphasized: "Humans cannot keep asking the question "Will AI replace us?", but must switch to thinking "How to collaborate effectively with AI?". No one can stand aside. AI is not only competitive, but also supportive if we understand and exploit it correctly."
According to Master Dao Trung Thanh, the concept of "Co-intelligence" is the key to reshaping the relationship between humans and machines, where the two sides do not cancel each other out but create value together. In the sharing, he also introduced Ethan Mollick's book Co-intelligence as a document that can transform the perception of AI from a personal perspective. The book does not talk much about technology, but focuses on how people can use AI to be creative, work effectively and make smarter decisions. He emphasized: "Thinking with AI will be the fundamental skill of young people in the next decade."
From a management perspective, Dr. Le Truong Hien Hoa raised the issue of applying AI to operational practices and policy making. According to him, the tourism industry is one of the fields directly affected by the trend of personalizing experiences and analyzing customer behavior. AI, therefore, becomes an important tool in both product design and destination data management.
"Digital transformation cannot be done if it only stops at infrastructure. Managers must change their thinking - from feeling to analyzing, from guessing to forecasting with data," said Dr. Le Truong Hien Hoa. In addition, according to Dr. Le Truong Hien Hoa, understanding and applying AI is not only for technology engineers but is a practical responsibility of state executives in the context of building smart cities.
The exchange program “Living and working with AI” concluded with many practical and suggestive perspectives from the speakers. Through the shared content, the program not only helped participants better understand the role of AI in modern society, but also emphasized the importance of preparing thinking, skills and policies so that people can accompany technology proactively and sustainably.
