Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee approved 142 online public services in the natural resources sector.

On July 23, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province issued a decision approving the list of online public services eligible for full implementation and partial implementation under the management authority of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

According to this decision, the Provincial People's Committee approved 142 administrative procedures eligible for providing online public services (DVC) to be amended, supplemented, and replaced. These administrative procedures include: a list of 14 full online public services (10 provincial-level public services, 4 district-level public services); a list of 128 partial online public services (91 provincial-level public services, 36 district-level public services, 1 commune-level public services).

The Provincial People's Committee also decided to abolish 24 full online public services and 84 partial online public services according to Decision No. 1059/QD-UBND dated May 25, 2023 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Provincial People's Committee directs the Department of Information and Communications to continue providing and completing approved online public services into the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System to meet the requirements for providing full and partial online public services according to regulations. At the same time, review and fully integrate online public services according to the approved List onto the National Public Service Portal to ensure the roadmap.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment directs civil servants and public employees under its management to participate in operating and testing the entire process (logging into the Public Service Portal system, submitting documents, transferring documents for processing, appraising and returning results in accordance with current regulations), confirming that online public services have been completed (by means of illustrative image files or clips of fully performing each process) to put into use to ensure the assigned deadline.

Deploy guidance for individuals and organizations to submit documents; receive and process documents in accordance with regulations and regularly review, evaluate and implement solutions, apply initiatives to improve the efficiency of providing online public services in whole and in part; coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office to restructure the process for the List of high-frequency administrative procedures approved by the Provincial People's Committee.

The Provincial People's Committee requests the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to monitor the implementation of agencies, units, and localities and synthesize reports on difficulties and problems in accordance with regulations. Monthly, review, advise, and submit to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for approval of amendments and supplements (if any) to online public services under its management for synchronous and unified implementation throughout the province.

District-level People's Committees proactively evaluate and use online public services under the jurisdiction of district and commune levels to ensure full and partial implementation according to regulations; coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications and the Provincial People's Committee Office in restructuring the process for the List of high-frequency administrative procedures approved by the Provincial People's Committee.
