According to Mr. Pham Huy Hoang - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Kan province, in recent times, in order to enhance the initiative in grasping the situation, listening to the opinions and aspirations of the people, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels of Bac Kan province has implemented many practical forms such as direct dialogue, contacting voters, regular meetings via online platforms, maintaining the construction of monthly and quarterly periodic reports with Party agencies, authorities and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee. Therefore, grasping the situation of the people and public opinion ensures timely proposals to resolve the difficulties and problems of the people to the concerned Party committees and authorities, contributing to creating unity and consensus in society.

In particular, the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the province also disseminated the Project on "Improving the quality and effectiveness of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Fatherland Front Working Committee in residential areas of Bac Kan province" to 100% of the Fatherland Front Working Committees in residential areas, and distributed 8,400 copies of the newsletter on the work of the Fatherland Front and provincial organizations to 100% of residential areas. Thanks to that, the propaganda and mobilization work of the Fatherland Front cadres was deployed synchronously and effectively, promptly reflecting information to all classes of people. The patriotic emulation movements and campaigns organized and implemented by the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels of Bac Kan province were effective, practical, extensive, and aimed at the grassroots level, attracting the active participation of the whole society. In which, the leaders of the Fatherland Front Working Committees at the grassroots level took the lead.

In Yen Phong commune (Cho Don district), people all know Mr. Truong Quoc Bui - Head of the Front Work Committee, and a prestigious person of Na Tac village, who always actively promotes his role in participating in production development and poverty reduction in the locality. Along with developing his family's economy, Mr. Bui always coordinates with organizations to propagate, disseminate experiences, and mobilize people to apply science and technology in production, practice two-crop rice cultivation, avoid abandonment, focus on developing livestock and poultry, planting fruit trees, and developing forest economy.

Or in Van Tung commune (Ngan Son district), Ms. Duong Thi Huyen - Head of the Front Work Committee of Ban Sung village became a shining example in propagating and mobilizing people to build their homeland. With a simple and practical way of mobilizing people to donate land to build roads and cultural houses, up to now, all roads in the village have been concreted, and village roads and alleys are always clean.

Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Kan province Pham Huy Hoang said that in reality, the Front Working Committee in residential areas in Bac Kan province plays an important role in directly mobilizing, gathering, propagating and raising awareness for all classes of people to actively respond and participate in movements and campaigns launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front, thereby contributing to improving the quality of propaganda work of the Fatherland Front of Bac Kan province, strongly directing activities to the grassroots, creating consensus among the people.
