Promote propaganda for works and projects to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Binh Thuan liberation and the 15th Provincial Party Congress

BTO - The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has issued a document requesting agencies, units, and localities to step up propaganda among cadres, party members, union members, association members, and people to understand the meaning and importance of completed and newly started works and projects to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Binh Thuan (April 19, 1975 - April 19, 2025) and the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission recommends that all levels and sectors promote propaganda on media about works and projects through newsletters, electronic information portals and social networking platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Zalo to expand reach and create a spread among the people.
Mobilize cadres, party members, union members, association members and people to post and share information in various forms such as news articles, infographics, video clips to increase communication effectiveness. Proactively grasp the situation of public opinion on cyberspace, promptly detect, handle or propose handling of false and distorted information to protect stability and solidarity among the people.

For the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, orient local press agencies and resident reporters to promote the significance, scale and importance of works and projects for the socio-economic development of the province. Strengthen propaganda work on the province's official channels, and at the same time monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness to make appropriate adjustments to achieve the highest efficiency.

Binh Thuan Newspaper, Provincial Radio and Television Station develop news lines, articles, and reports reflecting the goals, significance, and impacts of projects and works on the development of the province. Regularly update the implementation status and the competitive spirit of labor at projects and works to spread positive spirit throughout society.

Promoting the dissemination of works and projects not only helps people understand the meaning and importance of the works for the development of the province but also creates a competitive motivation, contributing to the overall success of important events in 2025. Relevant agencies and units need to coordinate closely to effectively implement propaganda work, ensure accurate information, widely disseminate and fight against false information, contributing to maintaining the great national unity bloc.
