On the morning of March 2, in Phu Thanh commune, Lac Thuy district, the Provincial Youth Union - Vietnam Youth Union of the province held the launching ceremony of the Provincial Youth Month 2025.
Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Provincial Youth Union - Vietnam Youth Union presented gifts to disadvantaged households in Phu Thanh commune, Lac Thuy district.
Delegates presented scholarships and gifts to disadvantaged children in Phu Thanh commune, Lac Thuy district.
Delegates attended the inauguration of the "Lighting up the countryside roads" and "National flag road" projects to welcome the 18th Congress of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 in Lu village, Phu Thanh commune (Lac Thuy).
Delegates participated in tree planting in response to the Youth Month launch in Chua village, Phu Thanh commune.
With the theme "Hoa Binh Youth is proud and firmly believes in the Party", the Provincial Youth Union has launched a peak emulation campaign to all levels of the Youth Union in the province to implement 13 youth construction routes to welcome the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, including: Study corner for children; youth bookshelf; mural painting route; road lighting up the countryside; playground and sports training area for the community; Charity house; children's playground; digitization of historical relics; concrete yard; Red Scarf house; national flag road; people's bridge; elimination of temporary houses and dilapidated houses. The total estimated value of the 13 construction routes is more than 2.1 billion VND.
Youth Month 2025 is a promising start, contributing to opening up many opportunities for young people to practice, contribute and mature. Promote the role of vanguard, volunteer, participate in activities to join hands for community life. Coordinate the implementation of youth projects and tasks, contribute to the completion of political tasks and participate in socio-economic development in localities and units, especially towards difficult areas in the province.
On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union - Vietnam Youth Union presented 20 gifts to disadvantaged households, 30 scholarships and gifts to disadvantaged children in Phu Thanh commune. The Provincial Youth Union presented 10,000 acacia trees and 300 black star trees to implement the model "Youth Tree Road", "Youth Tree Garden" in communes of Lac Thuy district. The Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Young Pioneer Council presented 100 cartons of milk, 200 red scarves, 100 maps of Vietnam, 1 set of Team drums to children in Lac Thuy district.
In order to contribute to the emulation movement of Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses and the peak of 450 days and nights of emulation to complete the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for the poor, at the ceremony, the Provincial Youth Union presented 1 Charity House to Lac Son district, 2 Charity Houses to Da Bac district, 4 Happiness Houses to Yen Thuy district and Mai Chau district; in addition, it presented 1 computer room for children in Mai Chau district and supported the construction cost of 1 bridge for people in Da Bac district, with a total value of nearly 900 million VND.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, delegates and youth union members participated in meaningful response activities such as: inauguration of the "Lighting up the Countryside Roads" and "National Flag Road" projects; tree planting in response to the Youth Month campaign; launching the "Digital Literacy for the People" team to propagate and disseminate knowledge about digital skills; volleyball exchange with Catholic youth; attaching a signboard of the Youth Project with QR codes for historical relics to Niem Temple in Chua village, Phu Thanh commune.
