Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan

Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan (born in 1988, from Phu Tho) is known as the owner of a famous luxury watch store in Hanoi. Besides, he also loves to cook and has a special love for cuisine. For Mr. Tuan, food and eating stories are not simply to fill the stomach but also contain many things such as history, culture and human memories.

As a food lover, in addition to the nature of his work, Mr. Tuan often has to meet and entertain guests, so he often looks for restaurants that meet the criteria of "delicious - polite - comfortable". Through the introduction of a friend, Mr. Tuan learned about Com Le restaurant and went to dine at the facility in Trieu Viet Vuong. From the first time, Mr. Tuan was extremely impressed with the space imbued with Northern culture and the dishes with "hometown flavor" here. Gradually, he became a "regular customer" of Com Le and this place also became his first choice whenever meeting friends, customers or simply having a "home-cooked meal".

Not only is he a VIP customer of Com Le, but every time he comes to dine here, Mr. Tuan is lucky to meet and become friends with the restaurant owner, Mr. Bui Dinh Lap. Sharing the same passion for food, plus having many things in common in lifestyle and business direction, the two gradually became close. By 2023, Mr. Tuan officially became a shareholder and began the journey to turn Com Le into the strong restaurant chain it is today.

Under the leadership of Mr. Tuan and the founders, Com Le has now developed into 5 establishments operating at locations in Hanoi, including: Com Le No. 4, Alley 44 Hao Nam; Com Le 135 Trieu Viet Vuong; Com Le 34 Nguyen Truong To; Com Le 164 Vu Pham Ham; Com Le 111 Trieu Viet Vuong.

In addition, Mr. Tuan also always has strict regulations from the smallest details of the restaurant such as: during the processing, gloves and masks must always be worn, the floor never has tissues, the kitchen is always clean without black oil stains... For the 36-year-old founder, what goes into the body must be the safest and most delicious. He always takes quality and customer satisfaction as the core, creating a difference and being the guiding principle for all activities of the entire Com Le system.
