Parents hope disability certification procedures for autistic children will be simpler
Many parents of autistic children in Hanoi have spent decades, some even nearly 20 years, to complete the paperwork to recognize their children as disabled. In recent years, although legal documents have stipulated that autistic children are considered disabled, parents still face many difficulties in completing the paperwork to recognize their children as disabled so that they can enjoy the State's support policies.
