Most schools have announced that they will provide meals for students on the first day back to school, ensuring that parents can go to work with peace of mind on the first day after the Lunar New Year holiday.
Principal of Kien Hung Primary School (Ha Dong District) Le Thanh Huong said that the school has checked all facilities, ready to welcome more than 2,200 students back to school safely. Today, kitchen staff came to the school to clean the entire kitchen and cooking utensils, trays, spoons... as well as prepare food sources to organize meals for boarding students as usual from February 3.
As of 3:00 p.m. on February 2, according to reports from the Department of Education and Training of districts, towns, and schools, during the Tet holiday, all units and schools in the city ensured safety in all aspects, with no incidents occurring. On-duty and security for units and schools were maintained, with no incidents of unsafety or fire.
The Hanoi Department of Education and Training requires schools to quickly stabilize teaching and learning in the first days of the new year, while strengthening management measures to ensure student safety.
