
The subjects that need to review data include students studying in kindergartens and 5th graders at primary schools in Thu Duc City and 21 districts; children of first grade age but not yet in kindergarten, currently residing in Thu Duc City and districts.
The People's Committee of Thu Duc City and 21 districts are responsible for directing the Department of Education and Training (GD-DT), People's Committees of wards/communes, and local preschool and primary schools to fully update student information on the education sector database system at https://csdl.hcm.edu.vn.
Parents or guardians of students are responsible for checking and confirming their children's information on the city's primary school admission information page at https://tuyensinhdaucap.hcm.edu.vn.
Steps to review student data include:
Step 1: Kindergartens and primary schools verify student identification codes with the national population database. Students who do not have identification codes due to special reasons (disadvantaged children, foreigners, etc.) will have their list compiled by the Department of Education and Training and sent to the Department of Education and Training for consideration and guidance.
Data review and reporting schedule:
From April 4-13: Parents review and confirm information on the primary school admission system.
From April 14-16: The Department of Education and Training synthesizes data and sends it to the Department of Education and Training of Thu Duc City, districts and counties.
From April 17-19: Thu Duc City People's Committee, districts and towns report the number of students preparing to enter grade 1 and grade 6 to the City's Primary Admissions Steering Committee.
Step 2: After fully updating the data, the school synchronizes the data from the education system to the enrollment system and provides login accounts to parents.
Step 3: Parents log in to the primary school admissions page to check student information. If errors are found, parents can request corrections and provide evidence (birth certificate, VNEID).
Step 4: The school verifies the adjusted content and makes data corrections. Parents access the system again to confirm that the information is correct.
Step 5: After completing the review, the school confirms completion and transfers final year student data to the higher level.
For 6-year-old children who have not yet attended preschool, the People's Committee of Thu Duc City, districts and towns directs the People's Committees of wards and communes to coordinate with the police of wards and communes to collect and review information about the children's actual residence, update the list on the system and notify parents to confirm.
Parents who do not review or confirm information on time will be automatically considered by the system as having approved all existing information. Requests for changes after the specified deadline will not be processed, except in special cases with legitimate reasons and considered by the Primary Admissions Steering Committee.
