Enrollment of 3,600 students, applying 5 admission methods
Hung Yen University of Technical Education applies 5 admission methods: Based on the results of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam; Based on the academic results recorded in the High School transcript (or equivalent); Direct admission according to the regulations of the Admissions Regulations; Based on the results of the Computer-Based University Entrance Assessment Test (V-SAT); Based on the results of the 2025 Competency Assessment Test organized by Hanoi National University (HSA), the 2025 Thinking Assessment Test organized by Hanoi University of Science and Technology (TSA).

Hung Yen University of Technical Education currently has 3 training facilities: Khoai Chau facility: Dan Tien commune, Khoai Chau district, Hung Yen province; My Hao facility: Nhan Hoa ward, My Hao town, Hung Yen province; Hai Duong facility: Tan Binh ward, Hai Duong city, Hai Duong province.
Candidates admitted to majors with training at 2 or 3 facilities have the right to choose their place of enrollment and study.
Highest tuition fee 2.4 million VND/month
In 2025, Hung Yen University of Technical Education will also enroll students in a number of international joint programs.
Accordingly, the 2+2 program with Sun Moon University - Korea enrolls 50 students in the Information Technology major (2 years of study at Hung Yen University of Technical Education, 2 years of study at Sun Moon University). Students are awarded an international university degree from Sun Moon University.
The 2+2 program with Melbourne Institute of Technology - Australia enrolls students in the Faculty of Information Technology and the Faculty of Economics (2 years of study at Hung Yen University of Technical Education, 2 years of study at Melbourne Institute of Technology). Students are awarded an international university degree from Melbourne Institute of Technology.
3+2 program with Ming Chi University - Taiwan (China), in which the last 2 years of study at Ming Chi University; students are awarded a Bachelor's degree from Hung Yen University of Technical Education and a Master's degree from Ming Chi University. The school does not limit the quota for 8 training majors: Business Administration; Control and Automation Engineering Technology; Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology; Mechanical Engineering Technology; Mechatronic Engineering Technology; Chemical and Environmental Engineering Technology; Computer Science; Information Technology.
2+2 program with Australian Catholic University Limited (ACU), Australia - enrolling students in the Faculty of Information Technology and the Faculty of Economics (2 years of study at Hung Yen University of Technical Education, 2 years of study at ACU). Students are awarded a degree by ACU.
2+2 program with Missouri State University (MSU), USA - enrolling students in Computer Science at the Faculty of Information Technology (2 years at Hung Yen University of Technical Education, 2 years at MSU). Students are awarded a degree by MSU.
In addition, the school also reserves some quotas for Lao and Chinese international students in the total enrollment quota.
In addition, the school organizes 5 classes of talented students in the following majors: Mechatronic Engineering Technology; Computer Science; Control and Automation Engineering Technology; Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology; Automotive Engineering Technology. Each class has from 20 to 25 students.
Hung Yen University of Technical Education also organizes 3 classes taught in English for students in need (students register after being admitted and enrolled), each class has 20-25 students in the following majors: Information Technology; Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology; Mechatronic Engineering Technology.
Regarding tuition fees for the 2025-2026 school year, Hung Yen University of Technical Education estimates tuition fees for the Computer and Information Technology; Engineering Technology; Engineering; Production and Processing majors at 1,790,000 VND/month (510,000 VND/credit); for the Education Sciences and Teacher Training; Humanities; Social and Behavioral Sciences; Business and Management majors at 1,550,000 VND/month (459,000 VND/credit).
Pedagogical students are subsidized by the State for tuition fees and other benefits according to regulations. Tuition fees for students in classes taught in English (expected) are 2,400,000 VND/student/month.
